Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Prime3 ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Prime3 for personal productivity purposes in accordance with these Terms.

• Use all features included in the app

You May Not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or modify any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App

User Accounts

Prime3 does NOT require user accounts. All data is stored locally on your device.

Pricing

Prime3 is currently offered as a free application with all features unlocked.

User Content

Your Goals and Tasks

• You retain all rights to your goals, tasks, and data
• Your data is stored locally on your device
• We do not claim any ownership of your content
• You are responsible for backing up your data

Content Restrictions

You agree not to use Prime3 to create or store:

• Illegal content
• Content that violates others' rights
• Harmful, threatening, or abusive content

Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Results from using the App
• That bugs or errors will be corrected
• Compatibility with all devices

Limitation of Liability

Data Loss

You are responsible for backing up your data. Prime3 stores data locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss due to:

• Device failure or loss
• App uninstallation
• Device reset or restore
• Software updates
• Any other cause

Third-Party Services

App Store Platforms

Your use of Prime3 is also subject to Apple App Store Terms of Service.

Prime3 may display or reference third-party content. We are not responsible for such content.

Updates and Modifications

We may:

• Update or modify the App at any time
• Add, remove, or modify features
• Discontinue the App entirely

Updates may be automatic or require manual installation.

Termination

By You

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

Age Requirements

Prime3 is suitable for ages 4+. Users under 13 should obtain parental consent before using the App.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in the App with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at prime3.app@mailbox.org.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Artem Ivanov regarding Prime3.
